It means "to the top" and it's a way to help get people's questions answered.
I have not stayed at this resort but I've seen good reviews of it. Have you checked tripadvisor.com and also have you done a search in the forums? I know it's been covered before. However, you may be looking for specific comments on the appropriateness of the resort for a big group, and that indeed may not have been covered.
I hope someone with experience with the resort will answer!

Thanks Birder.
I have indeed checked reviews at tripadvisor.com and for the most part they're very positive. But I've also had good success with comments posted on this site which is why I'm asking for comments from readers here as well.

We stayed there & loved LBKC! Had a 2BR overlooking the beach. I think LBKC wld be perfect for a large family reunion/birthday celebration. Great golf if any golfers in your party. And, some excellent restaurants close by. Beautiful beach.
