Lodi, CA restaurant SOS
My 10 yo daughter's soccer tournament has been changed and confirmed;: It's Oct 30, 31 in Lodi,CA. Would appreciate suggestions for buffet or big capacity restaurant with good food (naturally) for a spirited group of 40. I, personally would like a recommndation for a good breakfast place. Thanks for all your past help.

If you contact the Lodi Chamber of Commerce I would think that they could direct you to a restaurant that meet your needs. Chamber's always have all kinds of info. Lodi is a great town, enjoy your visit!

Your options definitely go up if you make the 10-mile trek to Stockton, but you'll be fine in Lodi! It's the birthplace of A&W!
There is a Pizza Hut in the center of town, if all else fails.
For breakfast I recommend sitting on the deck (weather permitting) at the Avenue Grill at 505 West Lodi Ave.
If you have any time to yourself at all, try some of the local wineries: http://www.lodiwine.com/. Lots of our grapes are grown in the area and you can find some delicious Cabs, Sauvs, Zins, and Merlots. Lucas makes a wonderful Zin but you have to make a reservation and a tour is included.
