I don't know of any beaches that have lockers. Maybe Hanauma Bay on Oahu?
I've never been ripped off at the beach in Hawaii in my 30 years of visiting it. Bring only what you think you are going to need that day at the beach. Don't bring your whole wallet or purse. My driver's license, a credit card and a car key all fit nicely in the small plastic, envelope that I bought at a dive shop. It's never leaked. We bring only a small amount of cash with us that we might put in the envelope or we might leave it at the beach along with the camera. We never leave anything of value in the car.

There are no lockers. I have local friends whose kids have gotten in trouble for combing the beaches for "stuff".
My boyfriend has a waterproof pocket in his surf shorts like iamq. There's a clear plastic sleeve (large enough to hold an ID, credit card, a single car key) that is attached to the inside of the pocket. I also have purchased these at sporting good stores and put them in the pocket of my own roxy surf shorts (which generally have a secure velcro closure). What I leave on the beach is what I'm hoping is useless to most kids -- a towel, suncreeen and a book underneath.
My friends actually leave their car doors unlocked at the remote beach spots -- no more broken windows this way...
