Lincoln Center and restaurants

Can someone recommend a good restaurant near Lincoln Center that would serve dinner after the opera? Or a nice bar that serves food? Thanks.

There are a ton of restaurants there. Any particular cuisine? Budget?

We like all cuisines and aren't concerned about budget on this occasion, but I was just wondering if we will have a lot of choices if we want to order dinner post-opera, around midnight?

I would suggest walking to Columbus Ave and up the avenue and find something that looks good to you. There are so many restaurants in that area that are open late on a Friday or Sat night. During the week (and you didn't mention what evening you were looking for) most of the restaurants will probably not be still serving much past midnight.

Have a wonderful time. Oh and what Opera are you seeing?

Josephina"s and Fiorello's are just across from Lincoln center (on Broadway) and both cater to the opera crowd. Or you could try Il Violino on Columbus, I've seen musicans and singers eating there at times.
