When are going to be there? I've never taken a limo tour in the wine country, but will be in the area at the end of March, beginning of April. We have a Sonoma tour scheduled with a company called "A Friend in Town" http://www.toursanfranciscobay.com/
It's not in a limo, it's in a minivan, and you have the option of a private tour or group tour. It looked a bit less costly than a limo tour, but still allowed quite a bit of flexibility. The owner/guide was very personable on the phone, but, as I haven't actually taken the tour yet, I can't vouch for it personally. If you're interested, and you're not going before April, I'd be glad to report when I return (April 4)

We were out there for barrel tasting the first week in March and saw loads of limos escorting people around. One of them was: http://www.californiawinetours.com/
Do a google search and you will come up with lots of options.
