Last minute packages (air/hotel) - any sources?

Like others we are more reluctant to spend big dollars on travel. There is a cruise site that emails me about last-minute cruise deals - anyone know of a similar site that offers last-minute (well, maybe 2-6 weeks out) for US destinations with air/hotel?

Travelocity offers them as a friend of mine has used it a couple of times. Not sure if they email them out or availability

Do you get Budget Travel magazine? They compile all the last minute deals. They have them on their website too:

It is a great magazine. I highly recommend it!

Are you registered to receive emails from any airlines? I am with American, and yesterday I got a last minute deal notice with fares like $80 from Chicago to Orlando. I think they offer packages at times, too.

You might also try www.lastminute.com. My sister-in-law used it to make a last minute weekend trip to visit an ill family member. They are package deals with car and or hotel. You can also sign up to be on their email list. Good Luck.
