Last minute help for dining in Buckhead

Just found out that I will be going to Atlanta tomorrow (Sat, 15 Jan).
Staying at Ritz Carlton Buckhead. Single female. I need some ideas
of great restaurants for Sat & Sun nights.
I was there several years ago and had a great dinner just across the street
from the Ritz....is it still there? It was french, fun and very good.
I didn't think I was going this year so I have done no research - I would really
appreciate your help.

I can't think of the name of the restaurant, but I don't think it's there anymore (OWJ, help me here)

One of my favorite restaurants is across the street in Lenox Mall (second floor, just inside the main front doors.)
It has great steaks and sushi and everything else we've had there has been fabulous.

A vegetarian friend from the Bay area in California ate there with us. He travels on expense accounts weekly and says it was one of the best meals he's had.

It's one of the Here to Serve restaurants and all the restaurants in that group are great.

One at Phipps Plaza is Twist. VEry good too.

There are plenty of restaurants in Buckhead but we are just coming out of a snow/ice storm. Roads and sidewalks are still slick. Hopefully, things will start melting tomorrow but I wouldn't walk too far with slippery sidewalks. If it were normal conditions I'd also suggest Houston's -

Those are three good choices in walking distance that I'd be comfortable visiting alone.

Highly recommend GEORGIA GRILL.
It is in Buckhead....convenient to your hotel.
Don't be put off by exterior...it is VERY popular place and very unique...intimate...good service too. FOOD AND DRINKS ARE DIVINE!! make reservation and google them for their website....

I don't find Twist to be good food, but it is a fun place.
with good drinks.

Some other places to consider are Pano's and Paul's, Bluepointe, and Seasons 52 (great if you want to try quality food that is reasonably healthy). Buckhead Diner is also a solid choice. If you can take a cab, an EXCELLENT choice in Buckhead is Holeman and Finch. Phenomenal food.

I remembered! Brasserie La Coze - now closed

If you want to take cabs, there are tons of options.
If you want to walk, I'd stick with the Lenox or Phipps options. At least, I would.
