Hoover Dam is not on the way to Zion. It is in the opposite direction, on the way to South Rim Grand Canyon. Are you leaving from Las Vegas also? Or are you flying out of Phoenix? Everyone has their own preferences on what is best to see and do, so you will need to determine your priorities.
For us, 1 night in Las Vegas would be ample. We prefer to head up to Zion as soon as possible. I would not shorten my time in Zion. To me, 1 night at Lake Powell is enough, too - unless you decide to visit Antelope Canyon also. It would depend upon the weather as you would be in danger if rain were forecast. Keep calling Grand Canyon to see if different lodging becomes available. Staying right on the rim would be better than Maswik if you can. Sedona is great too. Hoover Dam would be on your way back to Las Vegas if you are leaving from that airport.

Yes we are leaving from Las Vegas. We never been ,so we should probably spend 2 nites, because we will arrive late in the evening. And see Hoover damp next day after arrival and than spend night at las Vegas again. Now I think we should skip Page, because my group don't want to drive to much and take it easy..What do you think?

Why not skip Page and instead spend your time at Zion and Bryce, which are only 80+ miles apart. That would be very relaxing and highly scenic. If you added time at the Grand Canyon, you could skip Sedona and just fly out of LV.
