Las Vegas Restaurants - Opinions
Hello,
We are planning to visit Las Vegas for the first time and I would like opinions on the following restaurants: Il Fornaio, Mon Ami Gabi, Mikado, Andiamo's, Buzio's and Bradley Ogden's. Have done some research and these all seem like places we might enjoy--would like more info as to variety of menu, expense, etc. Any help would be appreciated. We are in the middle of Hurricane Jeanne and the power may go out at any moment, so if I don't respond that's why. Last hurricane, it took over a week to get power back on.
Thanks!

I enjoyed Mon Ami Gabi for lunch, came to about $50 for 2 people with wine by the glass. The menu is french bistro, steak frites, salade nicoise, mussels, coq au vin, things like that.
I looked into Ogden's last time out, it was quite pricey, possible the most expensive restaurant in Vegas. I believe it was almost $200 a head for the chef's meny which, for comparison sake, would run about $125 at Picasso. The menu choices seemed really interesting.

We ate at both Il Fornaio and Mon Ami Gabi and enjoyed both. Check out the Market City Cafe in the Monte Carlo and Le Provencal (try the desert crepes, their the bomb) at the Paris for mid priced Italian, similar to Il Fornaio with excellant Italian food.

Minnie, This isn't on your list but we also like the Voodoo Cafe at the top of the Rio for cajun/creole. It has a panoramic view of the strip. The restaurant and lounge upstairs are decorated in a funky, voodoo look.
