Las Vegas restaurants

Want a recommendation for a good place for fish, Vietnamese, ethnic but to steak/ Suggestions?

It's famous by now but Lotus of Siam is some of the best Thai I've had outside Thailand. Tons of great Chinese near Spring Mt. Road. Don't eat on the Strip.
