Hard question. I've stayed at Aladdin and Mirage, and both were fine. I think Luxor is too far. We were at Aladdin when it first opened - and service wasn't very good - but I've heard it has improved dramatically. Mirage is older - but still nice. Any of them would be good. My choice would probably be Mirage.

I'd vote for Mirage, although it depends on when you're going and what happens with bankruptcy court. Aladdin is bankrupt and Starwood is one of the bidders so if you have Starwood points that might swing the vote. It might be a Planet Hollywood Hotel by the time you get there.
