Can anyone tell me if we should buy tickets for Rita Rudner ahead of time, or wait till we are in Vegas that week? Any discounts if we wait? And, if we buy now--how much better are the seats in VIP section ($99) vs. regular section ($54)?

When we were there in November we were able to get discount VIP tickets. We were surprised to find out that they came with a meet and greet before the show and a picture of us with Rita. Our seats were good, but the venue is not that big-I think any seat would be fine. We really enjoyed the show.

And where so you get "discounted tickets?

We got ours at a booth called Tix4Tonight at the Fashion Show Mall across from the Wynn/Venetian. There is another one further down the strip, maybe by the MGM Grand.
All I can tell you is that there were plenty of empty seats the night we were there.
