Downtown happy hours are probably your best bet. I like Main Street Station Brew Pub ($1.50 - $2.- drinks including Marg's).

We found them downtown on the streets. I believe they were $1.99. There are some clubs downtown that have signs out "$1.99 daquari's" and in 2 instances when you get inside they are "out of that size cups." It is the old bait and switch thing. We don't have those but we do have these over here. etc.etc.But on the street from the vendors the drinks are cheap.

Many/most of the street margaritas are cheap because they have virtually zero alcohol in them.

Casino Royale has frozen Margaritas in 2 varieties for a buck a piece!

There is a place on Fremont St that had $1.00 margaritas and they were STRONG. Forgot the name of the casino but they had signs. Also had a margarita at NYNY for $10.00 and I tasted no alcohol.

The freebies while playing have little, but detectable, booze. Best mix (not all sugar) is Paris or Venetian.
