Out of your list, Mirage sounds best with Teens. Or Ceasars or Monte Carlo.

Mirage has a great pool, and the location is basically dead center-Strip; the rooms are not over-the-top swanky, just comfortable and well-appointed. The Venetian and Bellagio are renowned for the great rooms; Bellagio has better pool facilities than the Venetian, but both run a bit behind Mirage.

None is incredibly kid-friendly, to be honest, but Mirage and the Venetian at least aren't downright hostile. Bellagio has a formal "No Kids Except Hotel Guests' Children and Show/Dinner Reservations" policy. Kids will be shooed away from casino areas. Your kids won't see a huge number of other kids in the high-end resorts.

Also note: The maximum number of guests in a room in these hotels is four.

I stayed at the Bellagio and loved it. However, if I were going with teens I would stay at Mirage. It has a great location. If your teens like to shop, be sure to visit the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace and the mall further north on the strip.

With teens: Mirage to stay, Venetian to visit the museums and gondolas.

If you've never been there I'd say center strip is the best location, so Mirage or Bellagio fit best........though I'd prefer the Palace Tower at Caesar's Palace.

Of your three choices the Mirage has the best pool. The rooms are average tho - decent sized and appointed, but nothing to get overly excited about. None of these hotels exactly cater to kids (or teenagers) tho. I think (from what I read here) Mandalay Bay is a good choice if you have kids. I go to Vegas about 4 times a year and my hotel of choice is the Mirage for location.
