Lane & Broderick to leave The Producers in March, 2002
This is according to an article in today's New York Times and a story on the news last night. Replacements have not been named.
Keep this in mind when buying tickets. According to the news, getting tickets will soon be easy.

Please note that if you buy tickets to a Broadway show, and they are advertising stars' names "above the title", and those actors are not in the performance, you can request your money back, no questions asked. (You must request it BEFORE the show begins... You can't see the show AND get money back)
I'm not sure how that works if you bought tickets six months ago for an April performance, assuming that Nathan and Matthew would be in it. Check with the box office.

Unlike say, Mamma Mia, in The Producers the two main characters are onstage throughout most of the show. I'm sure demand will drop somewhat after Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick leave, but unless the new guys are complete duds, I doubt that "getting tickets will soon be easy."
