Try these sites for information on Key West & the Keys. www.keywest.com or www.fla-keys.com or www.miningco.com There are loads of B&B's and guest houses in the Keys, you may have to go through a realtor to find something reasonable.

Try Jasmine House on Center Street in Key West. It's very small (3 or 4 rooms available) and has only been open since last winter. Beautifulyy restored small house, very unassuming and in a great location. If you're looking for a pool, jacuzzi, gourmet breakfast etc. then it's not for you but we stayed there July 4 weekend and loved it - would go back in a minute. VERY clean and very reasonable.

Try The Blue Marlin Motel. Very clean and reasonably priced. Big pool. Also try Courtney's Place. It's a group of homes that all share a common courtyard. They have houses and rooms available. The Hilton is great as is the Hyatt. Enjoy.

Can anyone tell me about the
2 Marriott hotels in Key West (the Reach and the Casa Marina)?
Are they nice and which is nicer?

The Casa Marina has a beautiful beach w/ wait service right to your towel, a nice pool area and great all around service. The rooms are a bit small, but cozy w/ plenty of amenities. It's a bit of a walk to Old Town, I suggest parking your car (if you're driving in) and renting a bike as soon as possible. I believe there are bikes available right at the hotel.
