When we were in Kauai last month we saw several vendors that had a photo of the Na Pali coast named Serenity. I have searched online and cannot find it. If anyone is going to Kauai soon or has contact info can you please post it here. I am really regretting not buying the print for my husband when we were there.

I live on Kaua`i and will do my best to track this down for you...where did you see the vendors?

We leave this weekend for Kauai. Just looked at the Lihue forcast and it looks like rain for the next 5 days at least. Auntiemaria, tell me it ain't so, not in August!!!

Sure -- it occasionally rains on Kauai, but only the north shore, right???

Actually, we've been getting just light scattered showers for the past few days (the ones that breeze past in mere minutes), and that's what is forecast to continue through most of next week. No worries -- you'll barely get wet.

There's a storm due to pass south of Hawai`i island this weekend, and that will bring southerly winds -- Po`ipu may actually get more rain with this one, than Hanalei!
