Oh JohnD, I hate those trips to the ER after a bee sting!!! Thankfully the hawaiian buggahs don't seem privy to my blood type! Must be all that rooster jerkey in the blood stream....thanks Kal!
I don't want to be a braggart but, I think we are peaking at a balmy 14 degrees today! Woo hoo! It keeps the inch of snow from making the 2 inch zambonied ice shelf in our driveway almost walkable. And surfers think they are so cool, try surfing from door to truck in my backyard! Knarly shredddin'

makai, yes that was quite a flight. I had forgotton all about it until ya topped it. I mentioned it to Martin, and he rolled his eyes. All he remembers is what fun I was to sit next to until that ole bucket of bolts lifted off. That was truly dreadful and classic "iamq". We are headed back to Maui in 61 days and I can't wait to see what United has cooked up for us this time!

Kal, there are no decent spendy hotels on Kauai where rich Californians like me can drop big $$$$, so we decided on Maui, where all rich Californians with lots of money go.
