Are your balls green and fuzzy or do you play with the white and fuzzy ones? C

I2,

You love it when I'm baaaadddd. >

This Democrat prefers white and fuzzy ones, but they are hard to find these days, so I settle for the yellow/green fuzzy ones.

What happened to the food focus of this thread anyway? ~gt;

Jeez Louise.

Do I have to mention another of my favorites? Yes?

Okay then: Casa di Amici.

There, we're back on track. RIGHT?

restaurant kintaro! broke da mout. always numero ono in my book!

Coconuts is really good and a comfortable
place to dine inside or out. It's alot more quiet outside, even though it's near the road.
They had an ahi sampler appetizer that was
just right.

Don't forget to chill with the kids down in
waimea and pick up a super snack of coconut
fried shrimps from the shrimp station. Kind of
looks like an old gas station with some picnic tables, but i love that. Paired up the afternoon
with a stop at the ever lauded jojo's for a shave ice (don't forget the haupia and mac nut ice cream for mine, please) and there you have snack nirvana to me! The kids who work at jojos might be tired and hot and overdone with us all..be nice to them!

those are a few of my faves! don't go telling everyone, though. right.

Oh yes, Bill,

I am so with you on Casa de Amici, my new favorite. Didn't get a chance to try Hukilai Lanai this trip but will definitely do so next year! Already booked my week. Jamie

You flip-floppers!

"First I voted for it, then I voted against it."

Well, I'm a Dem too so I'll add Zelo's. I know...I know...Not consistently good food or service but sitting there munching on a fish sandwich and listening to the gentle rain through the open windows make me feel like I'm in Kauai.

Has anyone mentioned Mema? Not my fav, but good to know about for Thai cravings.

"Cali....you may lose your membership in the Kauai Kryin' Kranks Klub Klique if you keep this up."
But Kal, I'm trying for a new Klub! You're the K9s? I'm a K8!! Add " 'Kasionally Kaustic Kvetchin' " to your 5K list. I admit, with some regret, that is "kasionally" me on bad days.
How to unwind from a hospital shift filled with balls, sausages, and restraints? FODORS!!
