Just saw Laguna Beach Pageant of the Masters
Hi, I go to this pageant most every year but have to say that this year I thought it was excellent. I was thinking how it has grown artisically without taking away from the charm. The theme this time seemed to be romance and love with different segments that told little stories, such as the love of Rodin and Claudel which was really moving.
It was so lovely sitting in the theatre and looking at the bare hills and the stage presentation. It is such a happy and upbeat and classy audience too.
Altogether a lovely and thoughtful evening! Go!

Oh SeaUrchin ~ I don't normally have those 'should of' moments, more often than not I grab opportunities when they present themselves, but several years ago I had the opportunity to see the POTM when they were honoring Maxfield Parrish and I DIDN'T go, I can't remember why but I have been kicking myself ever since.
I am glad you have been able to enjoy this wonderful event each year.
Think of Tiff just once for me while you are there next time, k?

You can go to the box office even on the same day and see if someone has turned tickets back in or if something happens and some are available. I have done this too when I wanted to go twice.
Also on line, but it looks like most of the dates are sold out. If you are in the area your hotel might have a block of seats set aside.
Some people order tickets a year in advance!
