A litty touchy, aren't you? Seems to me that NotUS' suggestion was both reasonable and pleasantly stated. You were probably just waiting in the wings for an opportunity to use your canned "self-appointed post-police" line. Jabez,
Either early June or late September are good times to visit Italy --- in my opinion, ANYTIME is a great time to go there .... if I had to choose, I'd opt for late September timeframe. I've been there a couple times in October and it's delightful.
