Yes, there are several companies that operate in the Zion, Moab, and Escalante areas. I don't remember any of the names, because I've never gone with a tour company.
I know several Fodorites have posted trip reports with good reviews of the company in Springdale, UT (just outside of Zion). Use the search box above and put in the appropriate key words.
Moab has some very good web sites with links to the folks who operate out of Moab.

I did a day trip with them a few years back (Lomatium Canyon). It was awesome, Matt (the owner) was our guide. Highly recommend.

In the Zion area, try Zion Rock and Mountain Guides - http://www.zionrockguides.com/ . I chose the full day trip, and had a great time!
