Is Silverwood Amusement park worth a visit?

I have to go to Spokane for a business trip. I am bringing my family with me so I can breastfeed my 3 months old baby (yes, that's the reality of women in America). My question is, should we stay one more night and make a trip to Idaho so our 9 year old can enjoy a day at the Silverwood amusement park? Or is it not worth it and we should just head back home to Seattle? We are traveling right before Mother's day. Thank you!

On TripAdvisor, 80% rate it "excellent" or "very good." It's not Six Flags Over Texas, but it will likely delight your 9-year-old son. There is no better amusement park closer to Seattle.

You might also like to know that there is a Silver Rapids Indoor Waterpark in Kellogg, ID.

I don't understand the problem. If you must stay one more night so your child can enjoy the amusement part, then stay one more night.

if you don't want your child to enjoy the amusement park, then don't stay one more night and skip the amusement park.

I think a 9 year old would enjoy any theme park. That said, I really do enjoy Silverwood, and if your family has no other theme park plans like Disney or Busch for this year I'd definitely go as long as the weather is good.
