Is S26 pre packaged baby formula available in Oahu?
We will be travelling to Hawaii with our 20 month old toddler for the first time in July 2010. Does anyone know whether we can purchase S26 step 3 pre mixed (ready to consume) infant formula in 250ml tetra packs anwhere in Honolulu? we have these in Australia but no idea if available in Honolulu. Also any tips on where are the best family places to eat? Appreciate if anyone can advise.

Is this something they would sell at Walmart?? If so (and assuming there is a Walmart on Oahu), you could order online and ship to store. (I'm not familiar w/ S26 brand)

No.
Go googling.
This is not available in the US. Go check wyethnutrition.com. The product is from Wyeth Labs and the website does not list the US as a place where the product is available.
Wyeth has merged with Pfizer, so you can check out Pfizer's website to see if that company offers a similar product.
In the US, the best known formula brands are Enfamil and Similac. Nestle also makes formula for the US market under the brand Good Start (it is the largest formula producer in the world). Super-size stores like Walmart and Target, drug store chains like CVS and Walgreens, and major supermarkets all offer their own internal brands that are substantially similar to Similac and Enfamil.

Thanks for the info. I did look up the wyeth site previously but could not find anything helpful esp now they have merged with Pfizer. I was hoping to avoid carrying supplies over and just stock up when we are there. Similac is not sold in Australia so I can't even try it out before we go. I am hesitant to try any new formulas on vacation in case it does not agree with our toddler.

I asked location because you said "Oahu" which covers the entire island. If you say "Waikiki" people can give better answers. I didn't know about baby formula, but we could direct you to the closest grocery stores, to HHV, if you need that information.
