Is it just me?!?!?

I called a number of airlines trying to find out where on the Southeast Coast they fly to directly from Albany, NY. Meaning I don't want a stop on the way. Can you believe none of that "have" that information? I was astounded!

Would anyone know a few cities in the Southeast that you can fly to directly from Albany?

May, you will get more response if you repost with a title like "Looking for direct flights from Albany to SE coast."

If Delta flies out of Albany, they might have a direct flight to Atlanta--they do from Rochester.

Oh, and another thing: Use the right terminology. If you want to fly on one plane WITHOUT STOPPING EN ROUTE, that's called "Non-Stop". If you fly on ONE plane BUT IT STOPS EN ROUTE, that's called "Direct".

You want "Non-Stop" service from Albany to cities in the Southeast. BeachBoi gave you those cities.

Is this a rather odd question? May doesn't seem to have a destination in mind; she just wants a non-stop. May, can you elighten me.

rjw........I sat next to a guy yesterday on a flight out of Miami (he pronounced it MIAYAMEE!) and he kept referring to "direct non stop"...sort of like listening to fingernails on a chalk board........

jolyrogr...maybe May wants to go somewhere warmer than Albany and she or he doesn't care where as long as it's non-stop.
not that longer ago i called continental to ask them for a list of caribbean places they flew direct to from newark..i didn't care where in the caribbean, i just wanted somewhere warm and i wanted direct because it was a short trip (meaning just a few days) with a toddler.
i experienced the same thing than May, the continental person didn't have a list!
so May, it's not just you.

People who work in hotels hate "adjoining" (next door, no connecting door) vs. "connecting" which has a door between rooms.

Now caribtraveler, I wouldn't start in on you-- I'm not trying to be a jerk, I'm just making sure everyone knows what to look for/ask for. Your concerns were/are valid. Subscribing to OAG can answer these types of questions-- as can hitting your local airport website.

well I understand that complaint as it's hard to know what people are often talking about when they talk about direct flights all the time and they usually mean nonstop.

There is a nonstop flight to Washington DC from Albany, at least used to be, as I've taken it. It was probably either United or USAir, I"m guessing United. That isn't SE coast exactly, but close.
