Plymouth in 'Mass', right? Do you need to know how to get To there from someplace like Boston, or once you get there is there local public trans?

You might try calling your hotel(near Prudential?) and asking the tour desk if they have a bus trip to Plymouth. Plymouth is really not much to see....

We tried to find a simple public transit system way to get to Plymouth from Boston two years ago. THe buses were too complicated and the T doesn't go there. So we rented a car and the drive wasn't difficult. We liked Plymouth. The plantation was interesting and we spent one day on a Whale Watch (early October)on a boat out of Plymouth harbor- Terrific!! We probably saw 30 whales. That boat trip was probably the highlight of our trip. Have Fun!

Vania,
Plymouth & Brockton Bus from Boston's South Station to Plymouth and also rail service is available to Plymouth from So. Station. Neither drops you off in Plymouth Center so you will have to take a taxi to get to wherever you are going.

I really appreciated your advice. When I arrived in Plymouth, there is a shuttle (free), then when I arrived in Waterfront (visitor center), I got a trolley until Plantation. I loved!
Thanks for everything,
Vania
