Question - Union Station - long term parking - can you go in and out as you please if you park for 24 hours or more?

I can't imagine a train station having "in and out privileges" but here is the contact info for the parking at Union Station.

http://www.unionstationdc.com/parking

This parking garage is open 24 hours also (probably not in/out privileges there either):

Garage Address
1725 DeSales Street

202-785-9191 x:426

Yeah, I called US, no one there. I figure no in-out, but shot in the dark checking.

So there's overnight street parking right in front of the hotel. You have to move the car by 7am though which is fine by me because I run in the morning and I'm used to doing the car juggling thing as I live in Manhattan.

I'll park it in the free parking area on Ohio st and run back to the hotel which is only a mile away.
