I can't imagine a train station having "in and out privileges" but here is the contact info for the parking at Union Station.

So there's overnight street parking right in front of the hotel. You have to move the car by 7am though which is fine by me because I run in the morning and I'm used to doing the car juggling thing as I live in Manhattan.
I'll park it in the free parking area on Ohio st and run back to the hotel which is only a mile away.
