I think Fodors got the message and stopped deleting threads

Has anything been deleted lately? Lots of airline security threads are still around, and the gripe thread on the Europe board has survived for days now.

Did Fodors back off? If so, we need to have a little celebration!

Don't start celebrating just yet. I bet the Fodor's censor is nursing their hangover from the weekend and will be back on Tuesday with a vengence.

Nope. They just deleted the "What would you do if you were hijacked" thread, which was just starting to get amusing.

It used to be that Fodors deleted threads first thing in the morning. Now they've added a censorship night shift.

Drat!

This is too funny! I posted to this exact thread last night and this morning it plus one response are both gone. It was a witty and slightly off-color (altho' I was careful to word it so that any children on the board wouldn't understand) response. sigh.

They are still at it. Took them a day to delete the warning about muslims in Italy though.
They took that post off the europe board.

Thank you Fodor's for deleting pointless, inflammatory threads.

Not all of them were pointless and inflammatory RS. What we are asking is for Fodor's to explain why their policy and why threads get deleted. Is that too much for your feeble mind to handle??

If you can do the job better, you can always start your own travel website. It looks like you would have a lot of followers.
