Has anyone been to their luau and what did you think? we have a 2 for 1 coupon for there.

We went to the Hyatt's luau on our honeymoon 5 years ago. We also stayed at the Hyatt. I've been to four,and the one at the Hyatt was by far the nicest and had the best food and entertainment. It's smaller and a little more exclusive and upscale. The quality of both the food and the entertainment was better. They actually had a pig cooking in the ground and you get to see the ceremony when they take the pig up. The others we've been to are -- Hilton Hawaiian Village and the Polynesian Cultural Center (both in Honolulu last summer). I can't remember where the fourth one was. But they were so large, it was hard to see the entertainment because you are seated so far away, and the food was just much much better at the Hyatt. Have fun!

Just there last month. Food and show were very good. Based on other posts here, there may be a couple better on maui, but I can't see them being better enough to negate a 2 for 1. That saves at least 65. Enjoy
