How to stuff Nuptse jacket?

I just bought a Northface Nuptse jacket that you can stuff into a build-in pocket. Is there a procedure or good way to stuff it so you don't damage the jacket? Or you just arbitrarily stuff it? The jacket doesn't come w/ any instruction on what to do.

Thanks.

Where they able to help you at the point-of-sale?

Do they have a website with instructions or a phone number?

Hi JC, we have a Northface store on our block, I will go in and read the instructions, or ask for some and post it here for you.
Check in later today for jacket stuffing recipe

Hi
I had to run out and got the info earlier than expected..
If this is the jacket with the pocket on the inside, that you stuff the jacket into, you just start stuffing the jacket in. Start with the fabric closest to the pocket and keep working.. you just use both hands and push it in , it is quick and looks like it will be really wrinkled when it comes out but they said it wil shake out..what a nice light jacket that is!
Hope this helps.

Once more, I am left bewildered by people who won't bother phoning the true experts in this equation, and will rely upon "advice" by strangers unfamiliar with the product. I would have dialed a phone number before posting a question online and waiting for a reply. Shirley, I'm not alone in this?

Some people hate the phone. Some people have a site they depend(ed) on for reliable answers to all sorts of questions. JC98 was lucky tonight, and got his answer whether the site was up to speed or not, and gosh golly, whether the question was travel related or not. (Rb and gecko, you are falling down on your jobs) Quite resourceful, don't you think?

Mme Scarlett to the rescue! Ethan says "merci"...(well, next month, peut-etre...lol.)

It was really nothing. I had to fun out to Whole Foods for croissants and NorthFace is right here!
The salesperson took out a jacket and gave me a demo on how to stuff it ~
To keep this even more Travel related, I bought a jacket much like this in Galleries Lafayette in Paris..the pocket is in the back and the whole jacket stuffs right into the little pocket which even has a little strap so you can carry it.
Malesherbs, who is Ethan?
Happy Thanksgiving to you too, Kath~

Thanks, Scarlett, for your enthusiastic leg work in getting the answer! Unfortunately, I left for my vacation before I saw your post. I just stuffed the Nuptse in the built-in pocket, but it wasn't that easy. Couldn't zip it up at the end.

Anyhow, the jacket was very useful for going up Mauna Kea summit on Big Island for stargazing!

Thanks all for your help!

Good to see you got this resolved, JC. Now, can someone tell me how "Shirley" fits into this?

There's a movie where when someone says something like "Surely blah blah blah isn't true" the other person always replies "Yes, it is true ... and don't call me Shirley." I think it's Airplane.

Glad it worked , sort of, JC

Yes ! I think Don't call me Shirley is from Airplane ~ LOL

My daughter used to pick up the phone and ask the operator something ( years ago in NY) and the operator would say Surely blah blah...so my daughter thought the operators name was Shirley..so of course, she would say" Call Shirley" if we needed a phone number lol.
