Ruggles is good. I know the chef and owner. He's a tennis player buddy of a close friend of mine and we use to go there for our group gatherings all the time. Their dessert menu is fantastic.

Thai houstonian chiming in...no Nit Noi in that area but I consider Nit Noi to be americanized thai food anyway. There are 2 Thai restaurants out there, one a seafood oriented and one 'regular':

I've only been to Thai Seafood and a long time ago but food was pretty good.
