Hotel Suggestions for Pacific Beach, California

I am going to Pacific Beach,(PB) California for Columbus Day Weekend and I need some suggestions for hotels within PB for $150 a night and under. Suggestions? Looking for a place that is close to the beach and town.

The Catamaran is one of the nicest. Great Location. Pacific Terrace is right on the beach. I am not sure of the prices on either. Check expedia.

Lori's suggestions are good, however they might both be more than you want to spend. You might also look at the Ocean Park Inn (www.oceanparkinn.com)and the Best Western Blue Sea Lodge (www.bestwestern.com). Both are right on the beach. Also, try a search on this site. This question or a variation is asked frequently.
