Hey I'm planning a weekend getaway with my girlfriend (in a couple of weeks) in San Francisco and need advice on which hotels to look into. Price is somewhat not an issue. I want something luxurious, romantic with a nice view (preferrably (sp?) of the bay or bridge) and nice rooms. If possible something with an in-room jacuzzi/tub. Experts please help out a desperate boyfriend in despair. Thanks.

I'd suggest a suite at Cow Hollow Suites, with a fireplace, and in a nice "young and trendy" area of San Francisco.

Or maybe the ultimate in luxury and privacy, The Sherman House where Elizabeth Taylor and others stay?

well, if price isn't an issue, check out the new St. Regis! Or for great views, the Mandarin Oriental.
For prices that are more moderate the Omni looks nice.
