What are the hot new dining places in Palm Beach County (Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton)? Last year we enjoyed Opus 5, Bova, and Palm Beach Grill.

I don't have an answer for you, but was wondering what you thought about Bova? we didn't go there last year and wondered if we should this year. We love New York Prime in Boca- the steak is fantastic and the vibe is alot of fun. thought Opus 5 was very good!

We actually went to Bova two years ago and loved it. Food and service were both very good, ambience was wonderful, music was great. I don't know if it is still as "hot" as it was two years ago but we hope to go back there this winter. I just returned from a weekend in Boca and ate at Kee Grill which continues to be consistantly good. We heard that the new "hot" place is now Chops (??) but don't know much about it.

(Personnally I'm not a fan of NY Prime - I felt it was very expensive and there was a lot of "attitude." On the other hand, we love Flagler's in Palm Beach near The Breakers, also expensive.)

Chops happens to be excellent, expensive and trendy. But it's definitely worth the trip. It's like New York Prime without the attitude.

Is Chops the same Chops in Naples and Bonita Springs, FL?

I live in Boca. Bova has some of the most delicious food I've ever eaten. I was last there a few months ago.
