Holy cow! $75 est taxi fare from DEN to Convention Center hotel?
I just used taxifarefinder dot com and the estimated fare from the airport to the Hyatt Regency Convention Center was $73.65! I almost fell out of my seat. Is that correct?!
How else would a tourist without a car get to the hotel? Is there a shuttle or a subway?

ellenem - the listing is from DIA. Is that the same as DEN? Did Denver change it's letters to DEN or is there another wing/airport that is International with code DIA?
bigtyke - I found the Super shuttle details. How long is the usual wait for other passengers?

The cheapest way is probably the SkyRide, a bus/coach to downtown and elsewhere. But you'd have to walk a few blocks downtown, and you probably don't want to do that late at night:

The Hyatt doesn't have a shuttle? If not, the Super Shuttle is your best bet. There is a service counter for purchasing shuttle tickets at the airport, next to the escalators that take you up into the terminal.

Not sure about the flat rate, but you might be able to get a taxi driver to agree to a set amount.
There are usually limo drivers available, and you might be able to negotiate a good price with one of them.
Otherwise, the shuttle is your best bet. You are sure it operates at the time you need it?

For the record, I used the SuperShuttle and it was a breeze. I just walked up to their counter and a shuttle was leaving in 10 minutes. Helped that I was going into town and on a popular route. Another traveler had to wait an hour b/c she was going an hour outside of the city (not sure where exactly). So keep that in mind, if your destination is not a common one.
Thanks for the tip!

When you get there and see how far the airport is from downtown, you will understand the huge taxi fare.
My company has an office in Denver and we always do Supershuttle if we aren't renting cars.
