Hilton Head: Beachfront in Sea Pines?

I am considering a vacation to Hilton Head this coming September and am trying to get a feel for prices. It will be me and DH (early 30s), and our daughter who will be about 20 mos then. I think the Sea Pines area sounds ideal. What are some of the properties that are beachfront in that plantation, so I can look at rental rates?

Unless you are booking a house there are NOT a lot of beachfront options in Hilton Head. Most of the condos are at least second row.

I love SeaPines but this is a drawback.

Marriott Monarch is right on the beach and should have several size options that would be ideal size for your family. Monarch has a very nice pool area for your daughter as well. Monarch is inside the Sea Pines gate and a short drive to South Beach, Sea Pines Center and Harbor Town for nearby restaurants and shopping. You need to go to Marriott vacation rentals to book the Monarch.

Sea Pines has three properties in the South Beach area that are condos directly on the beach. The Beach Tennis Villas and South Beach Club are the two I can recall. Sea Pines Realty will have more detail. I've stayed in both Beach Tennis and South Beach Club and enjoyed. Both buildings are across the street from the South Beach restaurants and shopping.

I have spent many vacations in Sea Pines and hope to return again. Have fun in September.

I think Monarch only has a two bedroom option. I have been trying to remember the name of the other ocean front and I THINK it's Turtle Cove (or something like that) but it's very pricy IMHO.

Marriott Barony Beach Club is right on the beach and offers a two bedroom condo option. Good center island location too. September is a nice time to be in Hilton Head!
