Hiking to Sperry Chalet and Granite Chalet in Glacier

It is possible to hike to Sperry, spend two nights and on day three hike out and over to Granite chalet? We are advanced hikers and my husband is a backcountry guide but we don't want to overdue it if it is too much.

I would question you "advanced hiker" abilities. First off, most moderately advanced hikers would look at a map or ask mileage/elevation gain. There isn't even a trail from Sperry to Granite(unless you use the road).

If there were a direct trail, the answer would still be no-they aren't close to each other. I suppose, you could use the shuttle to accomplish what you were asking, but still going to be a fairly long hiking day.

Personally, I would spend 2 night at Granite and 1 at Sperry, if those were my options.

I guess I'm a little shock that someone who's spouse is a backcountry guide would ask such a question.

Quick answer is no. Chalets are miles apart with no trail from one to the other.

A possible combo but you need back country camping´s nights...
Lake Mc Donald to Sperry chalet but it´s only a 3-4 hours hike so you can do a hike in the morning
Night at sperry chalet
Day at sperry glacier and back to sperry chalet or option to lake elizabeth campground or gunsight lake campground
Then by Syeh pass you go to many glacier and night in many glacier campground
The day after many glacier to granite park chalet
If you are realy good hikers, is it possible to hike Speery chalet to many glacier campground in one day ?? Perhaps but i dońt think you will have time to really appreciate it...

All is in hiking, no road but need more than 3 nights...
No possibilitis to join Sperry chalet to Granite park chalet in one day...
