HHV lagoon tower?

we have been given a week in the village in early sept. as an anniv. gift. has anyone stayed in a vacation club studio? we know there is no lanei but what about stove/microwave...etc.
is it wery hot in sept.? also this may sound dumb but is there any chance for an upgrade if we ask? (we had some luck with this in Vegas when we add a $50 bill). any info will be welcome. thanks!

Wait a minute-----I just figured it out!! You must mean the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Cute.

Spell it out!

I would ask them for an upgrade, the worst they can say is no. be sure to mention that it is your abnniversary. I was upgraded to the Ali'i Tower because the hotel had canceled my reservation for some unknown reason.

I stayed at the HHV several years ago, and we loved it. Great outdoor bars and entertainment, rooms very nice. YES! It can be quite hot on Oahu in September, and you feel it if the tradewinds stop blowing......... So pray that the trades keep blowing if you don't like the heat!

Ask for an upgrade and sign up for their hotel card. I requested an upgrade on my reservation and it has already shown up online. Looking forward to oceanview in the Alli tower!
