Help with Priceline/Hotwire
I need to fly roundtrip to Atlanta on a Thursday (and fly back on a Sunday)from Oklahoma City in October. Hotwire has the lowest price, but I can't fly out until the afternoon on the Thursday. I'm guessing there is a good chance I would have a morning flight if I went with Hotwire? I've never used either, but I'm guessing Priceline would run me the same risk? I've already looked at orbitz, expedia, and travelocity. Any suggestions from experienced flyers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you must fly in the afternoon, you'd better not book with hotwire or priceline. I've used hotwire twice to fly to the East Coast from Los Angeles and both times I had a morning, non-stop which is EXACTLY what I'd hoped for. There's no guarantee and you could end up with a morning flight and be stuck. I've never gotten a bid accepted with priceline yet, but I'm sure you'd run the same risk.

I'm not familiar with where they do or do not fly but I've gotten the best fares on Jet Blue. Check their website (jetblue.com) and see if they even fly into Ok.City. Otherwise, I guess you could look at Orbitz, or Expedia (Orbitz is suppose to be the best from what I've heard but I've never used them). Paula
