What I would like Budman, is to hear a wine note about your turkey/Sauvignon Blanc combination and why you think it works. I personally can't think of a worse wine/ food combo. No offense, as I believe the right wine is the wine you like....but some combos are just too improbable to imagine... like yours. Sauv.Bl. with its citrus/grassy character is diametrically opposed to the traditional turkey dinner. S.B. is my favorite white wine but never with turkey, etc. Just curious. LMF
