help me again
ok so i have posted about lambertville + new hope; now i have a new dilema.
we heard from the bride to be that, the inn at the lambertville has no rooms on saturday night for the weekend of the wedding, so this basically changes our plans. now i really need help, forget bride to be's hotel options!
change of plans and i need your HELP!
1. if we decide to fly to newwark, NJ, how can we go to lambertville, i know someone mention bus services costing $19/person. how far is newwark from lambertville; philly from lambertville in terms of driving?
2. what is the best thing to do; the wedding is on a friday at the holly hedge estate.
3. after the wedding we plan to stay till sunday and leave sunday back to toronto.
4. we are on a tight budget; we are travelling with a baby. yes we can have the rent a car as a option, but where can we stay?
5. is it advisable to fly to newark or philly?
6. baically, we will be doing LOTS of visiting around once the wedding is over friday. all our visiting areas are:
lambertville, willingboro, new hope. so what do you think its best to do.
men, i guess brides do change their mind alot! i hope she doesnt change things again, its messing with our schedule.
again thanks for your help!

PHL or EWR airports would be roughly equivalent distance/time. I'd pick based on airfare (since you are on budget) and flight convenience, then rent a car at the airport.
Can't help with hotels. I recommend you directly contact one of the bride's family or friends who are local and can advise on hotels. I would hope that she has a support network helping her out with the wedding, as there is enough stressful stuff for her to deal with.

Only vaguely remember your previous post. Sounds like you definitely need a rental car wherever you stay. That's honestly the best option so you're not dependent on other people and can stay wherever you like.
Stockton, NJ is another town very close to Lambertville/New Hope. Don't know if anyone mentioned that last time. The Stockton Inn was more than a motel (but famous from the song "there's a small hotel, with a wishing well...") http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserR...ew_Jersey.html
Here are some other places in/around Stockton

You really, really need a car. This is a rural area.
I would fly to Philly. You can take I-95 North to Exit 51 towards New Hope. The trip should only take an hour or so. Atlantic City is at least an hour and 45 minutes but if the fare is much less, that might be worth it to you.
If you have a car, you can stay in hotels in Morrisville or Langhorne or Yardley where you might find cheaper rates than in New Hope. None of these towns should be more than 30 minutes from your wedding destination. If I were you though I would definitely check out the motel that someone personally recommended on one of your other threads - Motel in the Woods or some such.

Having just come from that area (and having to make Thanksgiving plans), here are some suggestions:
1. Like it or not, you will HAVE to rent a car. That area is rural, villages are fairly spread out. GPS is highly recommended, since the area's roads are twisting and signage is (to put it mildly) confusing.
2. EWR is actually a bit farther from Lambertville/New Hope than PHL-- maybe another half-hour on the road. It's your call if that's meaningful.
3. There are a couple of motels in the New Hope area (a Best Western comes to mind). You might go to travelocity.com and search for hotels/motels by city.

You are on HER schedule. As so many others have said above, rent a car. DO NOT expect the bride to shuttle you around during her wedding weekend. It is HER day and weekend. Be as unobstrusive a guest as possible.
