I need a room at the Loews Hotels in Annapolis on an exact date and the hotel is sold out - any other ideas beside Expedia, Travelocity and Priceline??? They are sold out too!! Thanks

I would keep calling the hotel directly; at any given time, reservations are dropped;
if you happen to call close enough to that time, you could nab a room.

During busy times, I've done that and it worked for me. It's nervewracking but if you are really intent on a room there at a certain date, you have to keep trying.

At what time of year? If it is commissioning week..then it may well be sold out. I agree ....keep calling the hotel. Does it have to be the Loews?

Try O'Callaghan's it is as nice as Lowes and is a short walk to Lowes

Try airbnb for some great bed & breakfast or whole houses.

jbogan: Welcome to fodors. It is usually a good idea to check dates - this thread is 8+ years old (heck - airbnb didn't even exist back then )
