I haven't flown on Southwest as so far they haven't been the best fare when we were ready to book. Some of the things I have heard were they were going to experiment on select routes with assigned sitting. Another is that Southwest employees were the best paid in the industry and Delta and US Airways among the worst. Our best experiences so far from mainland airports have been Hawaiian, Continental and Northwest which also had one of our worst.
