I'd suggest a LOT of reading before you ask for advise. Check the "Destinations", "Hotels", and "Restaurant" sections of this board. Check other travel boards. Buy or borrow travel guides on Hawaii.
People here at Fodors will be happy to provide suggestions and answer more specific questions (and DO use a more detailed title then "help" when you post it), but unless you're offering a bounty to a travel planner I doubt anyone will want to plan your trip from A-Z.
I wonder why you want to go to Hawaii if you know so little about it? I'm not being snippy - I don't know much about it, but then I don't want to go there.

OK then...
My suggestion is to request Hawaii guidebooks from your local library, buy one from a bookstore, or order from amazon.com picking one which covers ALL the islands.
Your first big decision is which island or islands you want to visit. Then which town(s) you want to stay in. Only then can you even begin to look at the hotel options.
Stating your preferences in the post for kinds of activities & budget would also help people answer your questions. Are you outdoorsy types, looking for a cheap place to go camping? Or you want nightclubs, designer shopping and a 5-star resort?

Looks like this is your first post to Fodors. Welcome!
Everyone loves to give advice on the message boards but there are ways to do a little legwork yourself so you can ask more informed questions that will yield answers that are more helpful to you.
Use the search box to find older threads on your topics of interest (just type in Hawaii) so that you can get a feel for the various islands. There have been many discussions that you will benefit from reading.
Repost with a more specific title and tell us who is going on your trip (kids? ages? grandparents going along?) and the kind of vacation you are looking for (adventure, relaxation, great scenery, the perfect resort pool, scuba diving nearby, etc).
Tripadvisor.com is a great website for insight into specific hotels.
