Healdsburg restaurants open Tuesdays?

Have been so pleased with all the help and restaurant suggestions from folks on this site while planning a sonoma county wine trip (brief - 2 days!): made reservations at Ravenous for Wed eve and changed the girl & the fig to Wed lunch, so we'll be eating VERY well that day, fueled as well by a Grape Leaf Inn breakfast! Only trouble: can't seem to find a place open on Tuesday night for dinner! Tried Zazu, Manzanita, Ravenous (but got them on Wed!)...a few others. Any ideas of who in the area is serving dinner on Tuesdays? Or could we show up & quiz the folks at Grape Leaf that same day, and do alright without a reservation in advance?

I think Ravenous is open on Tuesdays. Why not flip the reservation and dine there on Tuesday allowing you some of your other choices on Wednesday. Check out Willi's Wine Bar. Folks in the know also recommend it.

Thanks for the suggestions...I actually did call Ravenous and they're closed Tuesdays. What do you know about Zin? And is Willi's open Tues?

We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the Dry Creek Kitchen, located in the Hotel Healdsburg. www.hotelhealdsburg.com

Excellent service, beautiful ambiance and very good food. Upscale and gorgeous dining room. Yes, the place is as nice as it looks on the website! ***kim***

I don't know about Zin. R5(frequent Sonoma flyer and maeven) really likes Willi's. I say give them a call and check out their hours. You might also look at Santi in Geyserville which is about a 10 ride on the freeway north of Healdsburg. They do have a website.

Is Le Charcuterie still open? Had a great dinner there a couple of years ago and it was on a Tuesday night. Right on the main drag in Healdsburg, across from the square.

R5...I googled Cena Luna and found a mediocre restaurant review which didn't sell me...can't find any good dirt on barndiva (type of food, etc, etc) but kinda like the name and the concept. Willi's is closed on Tuesday (*sigh*) but will check out Santi, thanx for the recs. Will keep you posted...

If you do go to Geyserville, check out the Alexandar Valley Grille @ the Chateau Souverain. We really enjoyed lunch there. www.chateausouverain.com ***kim***

Oops, they only serve dinner Fri.-Sun. DCK is open on Tues. We had the tasting menu and were very happy with our choices. Regardless of what the reviews have said, the service was not snooty.

We actually had a very informative and attentive server. ***kim***

Why make a big fuss about it. Play it by ear. Something will fall into place that will please you.

I've found trying to plan every day and every meal is very stressful. Relax, you're on vacation.

Yes, good call...I don't mean to fuss, but I DO fully enjoy a decent meal and there's no reason to believe the stars won't line up like they always seem to when on vacation...I'm sure we'll be fine but I always appreciate info from those who have been there, done that, and who don't publish guidebooks.
