Interisland flight coupons for travel in 2003 are now available. The cost is $75 per person, each way. Last year they were $67, I think. Does anyone know of any cheaper interisland fares?

Doesn't seem to save much money over buying individual tickets does it? I'd like to know if there are other options for cheaper interisland flights too.

Hawaiian Air's website gives a price of $86.50 for each one-way flight (Honolulu to Kona, Kona to Lihue, Lihue to Honolulu) in late January, early February. So the coupons save a little over that price. RT interisland fares might be better, but I'm not flying RT between any two islands (flying into Honolulu and spending a week on the Big Island and a week on Kauai). I guess I will spring for the coupons. Best Value Travel will send them to us in Portland at no charge.

We will be in Hawaii Jan. 2003 and visit 3 islands in 12 days. The intersiland flight is unavoidable. Is any know how to get the flight coupon in Canada? Thanks.

Lots of travel agents in Hawaii sell the coupons, or I think you can buy them on arrival at Honolulu airport. Try www.bestvaluetravel.com or do a google search for "hawaii interisland coupons."

We just booked interisland flights for February and were happy to find out that Northwest uses only 5,000 frequent flyer miles for a round trip interisland flight on Hawaiian airlines. Considering thats about a $150 savings we did not think it was too bad!!!!
