Have you ever bought so much on a trip that you had to buy more luggage to get it home?

Personally - no. But like a lot of you, I always bring a folded duffle bag along, and stuff it full with things I bought on the trip.
But my friend from London, Yes. About 10 years ago she came over to visit me and I took her to the outlets in Maine. She ended up buying a suitcase from the American Tourister outlet to put all the other outlet "gems" she found. Obviously, clothes are a lot cheaper here than in London. She must have bought 5 pairs of Levi's jeans.
