Havasu Falls, AZ worth it?

Driving to Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, Sedona, Grand Canyon. Will Havasu be worth the extra trip or be more or less the same thing? It's a bit out of the way but the falls/village/horseback ride, etc. sound interesting. Leaving soon, please help – thanks!

I think that Havasu is one of the most heavenly places on Earth. Havasu and Mooney Falls are incredibly beautiful and unique, as is the Canyon. Don't know about the horseback ride - we walked in, and its a longish walk, taking a half day to reach the campground, and a full day to get back out. Only downside: too many people are visiting in a small narrow area at one time.

I stopped in Lake Havasu a couple of years ago during a trip out west and I was amazed at how many boats were crammed onto that body of water! I also pulled over to take a look at London Bridge.

Lake Havasu is not Havasu Falls. The Falls are at the Grand Canyon and a great place to visit. But you have to be ready to put the effort to get back there - it is remote and quite a hike.
