makai!
Nice to see you. Just back LATE last night. Burned out, but still blissed out. You know the feeling. Yes?
Trip report and pics on the way on Caribbean board in the next day or two.
Speaking of bikinis...man, do I have some bikini stories to tell from my travels on St. John. The style police would have given out LOTS of tickets!
Nice to be back.

We always go someplace warm like Hawaii in the winter or early spring to get away from the terribly cold and snowy weather that we get here in Ontario Canada. We went to Maui and Kauai in April this year for 2 weeks.

We have been back a couple of weeks from a 14-day stay at Waikiki. Seven of us went--daughter, SIL, grandson, two stepdaughters, my husband and me. We had two adjoining rooms and really had a good time. GS is 11 and kept coming over to our room, calling it the "cool" room.
It was the first trip for one stepdaughter so we did a lot of things over again, but everything is so gorgeous and so much fun that it wasn't a problem. She adored everything.
We climbed Diamond Head for the first time. I will be 70 this month, and DH is 71, so we were the cow's tail of the group. That wasn't so bad, but when we were coming back down, a young woman passed us and turned around and said, "I just want to tell you all how much I admire you for doing this." I told my husband it's bad enough to get old, but having some young whippersnapper congratulate us on it is really too much! By the way, the back of my legs were sore the next day.
